CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Missed or cancelled appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice will be billed at 100% of the original appointment rate. Cancellation fees will only be waived on compassionate grounds, such as in the event of a medical emergency, family emergency, or in the event of an accident or natural disaster.
